The rehearsal dinner was Thursday night after a quick rehearsal at The Old Cathedral for the Bridal Party. It was so fun to be back at the Old Cathedral. Chris & I haven't been back since our wedding almost 3 years ago! We officially have a trend that we have to keep up: Cheryl's parents, my parents, Chris & I and now Tim & Cheryl all have gotten married there!
Ellie attended all the weekend festivities and was seriously such a trooper. I had a good friend come and pick her up after dinner. She had a few moments of stranger anxiety, but overall was amazing! My parents had a photographer at the dinner, and he took a ton of pics of Ellie. Can't wait to get them back.

When my brother got engaged, my mom went to work on ideas for a rehearsal dinner location. The decision was a pretty easy one, as my mom is a tad obsessed with The Missouri Botanical Gardens. We had the dinner in the Spinx Pavilion. Courtney did all the paper products (and the amazing slideshow) and Bloomin' Buckets did the centerpieces. My mom is also a tad obsessed with Bloomin' Buckets. I know I sound biased since my mom & sister did all the work, but it was one of the prettiest rehearsals I have ever been too. Good work momma & seester!

My dad made the introduction speech. As many of you have asked, he did really good thruout all the events. The walk into the garden is a bit far, so my mom forced him into a wheelchair, which he hated. But other than that, he looked great. His speech was so good and a bit emotional. He loves his Tee-Tee and got super choked up when talking about him & how much he values his marriage. Good work pops!
We capped the night off with a little kareokee to "Going to the Chapel" before settling in for bed.
Next up.. wedding day!

yessss...have been waiting patiently for wedding posts! good work on all the pics courtney...and from the pics i would agree with you on the rehearsal dinner. everything looked AMAZING!! i want to get married again just so you can do all my stuff court!
