birthday part 1

On Friday night we went out to dinner with Chris' family to celebrate Ellie's birthday. We went to a Peterson favorite burger joint, The Fatted Calf  (which is no longer going out of business for all those who love it too). We did this last year on E's birthday and it just worked out perfectly, so we decided to make it a tradition.
This may be my new favorite picture....

You are only two once! I don't even want to think about all the junk that went into that little body over the weekend.

Poor John was not the center of attention all weekend. He was such a good boy with all our running around and didn't start being fussy until Saturday afternoon when the lack of naps finally hit him..

Thank you for celebrating and kicking off Ellie's birthday weekend right! I could go for some onion rings right about now.. and Ellie could go for some of that cake I am sure!
